Himmel Hospitality Hosts Farm To Change

The whole Himmel Hospitality family of restaurants will be coming together for the first ever Farm to Change dinner to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Boston. The event, which takes place at Post 390 on Thursday, September 18th, features a five-course meal with dishes designed by chefs from each of the outlets – Bistro du Midi’s Robert Sisca, Post 390’s Eric Brennan, Grill 23‘s Jay Murray and Harvest‘s Mary Dumont. Pastry chefs Molly Hanson, Brian Mercury and Craig Williams will collaborate on a little something sweet to wrap up. The evening is a celebration of the harvest of the Blue Hill Garden Club which is part of a campaign by the Himmel Hospitality Group, Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation to promote healthy eating habits for young people. The menu will incorporate ingredients sourced from local farms as well as the Blue Hill Garden Club. There will also be a silent auction and raffle with a grand prize of a Chef’s Table dinner for six at any of the participating restaurants. Tickets are available online for $175 each.
