If you can’t make it to Germany for Oktoberfest this year, don’t worry; chef Matthew Morello of Brasserie 28 is bringing all the beer and sausage you could possibly want together for another epic Oktoberfest Sausagefest. On Sunday, September 28th you can join him at his Andover restaurant between 2:00 and 6:00pm to feast on dishes from fellow chefs like Dante de Magistris of dante and Il Casale, Caleb Graber-Smith of Cinquecento, Corey Marcoux of Brine and Mary Dumont of Harvest. Each cooker will be serving a sausage inspired the brewery with which they’ve been paired (options include Cisco Brewers, Berkshire Brewing Company, Allagash Brewing, Ommegang and more). You’ll get to cast your vote for your favorite and declare the day’s winner. Instead of buying tickets, you can make a donation to The Bridge Center, an organization that provides programs and support for special needs children, teens and adults.
