A Bubbly Dinner on Beacon Hill

Mooo…is celebrating the summer season with an effervescent dinner featuring the champagnes of famed producer, Nicolas Feuillatte, on Thursday, August 21st. For the occasion, chef David Hutton has created a menu perfectly matched to the evening’s sparkling selections. Butter-poached Duxbury oysters with osetra caviar and warm leek cream; and pan-seared veal tournedo and black truffle with seared Hudson foie gras and hollandaise sauce are just a few of the items to look forward to in this decadent dining experience. On hand for the event will be Feuillatte Brand Ambassador, Jennifer Tomanchek, who will walk guests through the various pairings and be able to answer any questions about the bubbly-making process.
