Bone Up on Your Butchering Basics

The third Sunday of August is just around the corner and that means it’s time for another butchering demonstration and knife skills class at The Butcher Shop. On Sunday, August, 17th the seasoned pros at Barbara Lynch’s South End butchery will be holding an introductory course for those looking to brush up on their skills, learn a few new tricks all while enjoying some house-made charcuterie and a glass of bubbly Lambrusco. This month’s class, which begins at 11:00am and wraps up at noon, focuses on lamb rack chops, covering everything from cleaning the bones to making confit. Tickets are $60 each.
