Summer’s Bounty at TW Food

In New England, food options are just plain tastier (not to mention plentiful) in the summer. Make hay while the sun shines (or do whatever the gastronomic equivalent would be) at T.W. Food on Thursday, July 24th when chef Tim Wiechmann will be offering Summer’s Bounty, a six course celebration of all the delicious goodies we dream about during the dreary winter months including chilled lobster salad with avocado, melon and louie dressing, and striped bass with succotash, summer truffles and pork belly.
