The fine wines of an iconic California winemaking family will be making an appearance at Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro for one fabulous night of delicious food and great vintages. On Wednesday, May 14th, Tastings will host Michael Mondavi Family Wines and Spellbound Wines for a four-course dinner that will dazzle even the most seasoned wine aficionado. In attendance to illuminate the pairings will be Geoff Whitman, General Manager at Mondavi and winemaker at Spellbound. Newly appointed chef Jonathan Saiff will be preparing Georges Bank scallop ceviche, coffee braised pork belly and many more delightful dishes. This event begins at 6:30pm and is $75 per person.
