A Black Tie Benefit to Beat Cancer

When the culinary community comes together for a good cause, there is little that can stand in its way. On Saturday, June 7th, Sandrine’s hosts a culinary gala to benefit Dr. Othon Iliopoulos and his lab at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Cancer Center. This exquisite four-course dinner and wine pairing will be prepared by Sandrine’s own Maitre Cuisinier d’France Raymond Ost, chefs Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro, Mary Dumont of Harvest, Daniel Bruce of Meritage and Rowes Wharf Sea Grille and pastry chefs Courtney Civiterelle and Lee Napoli. The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6:30pm followed shortly thereafter by dinner. Tickets for this delicious, black tie evening, which also includes a silent auction, are $300 apiece (or $500 for the VIP variety, which come with a luxurious little gift). Whichever type of ticket you spring for, reserve it online here.
