Even as they welcome Alex Jenkins as their brand new chef, Foundry on Elm doesn’t skip a beat. The Somerville stalwart has a Tap Takeover with Dogfish Head later this week, they’ll be making an appearance at the Taste of Somerville and they even took a moment to show off some spring additions to their menu (including a trio of cocktails).
