Celebrate Passover at Craigie on Main

The great culinary traditions of Passover are often enjoyed around the table at home, but chef Tony Maws brings the best of his own holiday fare to the dining room at Craigie on Main. On Tuesday, April 15th and Wednesday, April 16th, Maws will be offering a special Passover prix fixe that’s full of Seder mainstays like matzoh ball soup, and tamarind and apricot braised short ribs, and maybe a few he snagged from his Baba Hannah’s repertoire. Passover items are available a la carte, as a three-course prix fixe for $67 per person, or as part of two tasting menus (six courses for $98 and eight courses for $118).
