Merroir & Terroir 2.0

If you love the oysters and wine (individually or paired with one another), but could use a little extra education on the subject(s), head over to Island Creek Oyster Bar on Sunday, May 4th for a lesson from the masters. Kicking off their quarterly event series, Merroir & Terroir 2.0, Oysteress Dana Hale and General Manager Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli will lead a discussion of how oysters and wine are cultivated, covering classic techniques to new world farming. You’ll enjoy a variety of oyster species from around the country paired with exceptional, oyster-friendly wines. The fun begins at 2:00pm. Tickets are $55 and are available at 617.532.5300.
