Brush Up on Your Kitchen Skills

If your culinary techniques need a refresher or you just feel like expanding your repertoire, join chef Jeff Fournier this spring and early summer for any of the installments in the 51 Lincoln cooking class series. Covering topics from basic knife skills to sausage-making, the Saturday morning sessions have something for everyone. Take a look at some of the subjects they’ll be exploring to find one that caters to your interests and sign up online.
