Bordeaux’s Big Guns at Brasserie Jo

Now that spring is officially upon us, not ditch the sweaters stroll down to Brasserie Jo for a spectacular wine dinner. On Friday, March 28th, Barton & Guestier, Bordeaux’s oldest wine merchant brings its fabulous juice to The Colonnade’s signature restaurant for a five-course wine dinner. Winemaker Laurent Prada will be in attendance to lead guests through each of chef Nicholas Calias’ courses and its potable counterpart. The evening starts with hors d’oeuvres and sparkling rose at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:15pm. Reservations for the meal, which is priced at $70 per person, are recommended.
