Chef Cassie Piuma will be keeping Sarma open late to accommodate the hoards of small plates lovers that have been flocking to Winter Hill. Now, as long as you make it to Somerville before midnight on Fridays and Saturdays or before 11:00pm any other night of the week, you’ll be able to snack on a special menu of meze, including their now-famous fried chicken (the only time it makes an appearance on the menu).
