Mushroom Feast at T.W. Foods

T.W. Food’s popular Mushroom Feast returns for a two night engagement Wednesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 30th, bringing guests all sorts of foraged goodies on one tasty menu. Chef Tim Wiechmann has designed a six-course prix fixe with dishes inspired by French, Italian and Japanese cuisine each built around a specific mushroom or mushroom pairing. Some of the earthy treats that he’s dreamed up: butter-poached lobster with langoustine, chaterelle puree, mushroom ragout and shellfish broth; and wagyu sukiyaki with black sesame, marrow and pickles.
