It’s all about the game at Craigie on Main as the Cambridge restaurants unleashes it’s Fall Game Dinner on Wednesday, November 12th. Chef de cuisine Carl Dooley and chef-owner Tony Maws pull out all the stops for this six-course autumn feast worthy of even the hardiest woodsman. Dishes include a terrine of partridge and foie gras with a salad of roasted wood pigeon, Asian pear, Brussels sprouts and Matsutake mushrooms; and cocoa conchiglie pasta with red wine hare ragout. The six-course Big Game tasting menu runs $125 with an optional $55 wine pairing. There’s also a late night (after 9:00pm) Little Game four-course menu for $75 with a $42 wine pairing.
