Tony Maws Has Got Game

It’s all about the game at Craigie on Main as the Cambridge restaurants unleashes it’s Fall Game Dinner on Wednesday, November 12th.  Chef de cuisine Carl Dooley and chef-owner Tony Maws pull out all the stops for this six-course autumn feast worthy of even the hardiest woodsman. Dishes include a terrine of partridge and foie gras with a salad of roasted wood pigeon, Asian pear, Brussels sprouts and Matsutake mushrooms; and cocoa conchiglie pasta with red wine hare ragout.
