ESKD’s Toast & Jam (white rum, bitters, strawberry rhubarb jam and champagne), ICOB’s Franklin’s Ghost (white whiskey, strawberry rhubarb jam and a pinch of salt), RHT’s Secrets That You Keep (white whiskey, applejack brandy and red pepper jelly) and Pain D’Avignon’s Snowbird (white rum, cardamom tincture and peach ginger jam) are all available exclusively at their respective bars for your sipping pleasure.
