Oleana pastry chefs Maura Kilpatrick and Molly Rabideau will teach students how to make treats from Sofra’s repertoire (stollen, sesame halva candy, barazek, sesame caramel sauce and semolina halva) and offer helpful tips on how to package them up all pretty.
