Edible Gift Giving at Sofra

Skip the crowded department stores and plan to make your holiday gifts this year. If you need a little help, make for the Monday, December 9th Edible Gift Giving class at Sofra. Oleana pastry chefs Maura Kilpatrick and Molly Rabideau will teach students how to make treats from Sofra’s repertoire (stollen, sesame halva candy, barazek, sesame caramel sauce and semolina halva) and offer helpful tips on how to package them up all pretty.
