Dave Becker, chef-owner of Needham’s cozy neighborhood favorite Sweet Basil, releases his sophomore cookbook, Stewed. Chock-full of recipes to warm up your winter (think soups, braises and, of course, the titular stews), Becker’s book covers everything from a hearty Portuguese kale stew to Thai coconut soup to duck ragu.
