Monkey Business at WGBH

Get the monkey off your back (and help give it to someone else who really needs it) when Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers for the Disabled hosts its annual benefit on Saturday, October 13th. From 6:00 to 9:00pm, the WGBH Studios will be filled with delicious bites from restaurants like Mistral, Sorellina, Teatro, L’Andana, Mooo…, Rialto, Trade, Masa and Eastern Standard, all of which guests can wash down with drinks from Harpoon and Grey Goose. Attendees will also be treated to music by Tuesday Night Squabble, a raffle and silent auction, a complimentary ride from Uber and of course a chance to learn more about this interesting and worthy organization that provides trained capuchin monkeys to assist those living with spinal cord injuries or other mobility impairments. Tickets are $125 per person or $175 per very important person (VIP-ers can come at 5:00pm for a MS Walker wine reception). Get yours online – we bet it’ll be more fun than…well, you know.
