You, on the other hand, should make a bee-line (or is that a pig-line – nope that’s weird, we’ll stick with bee) for the Nantucket restaurant during their annual Hogtoberfest. On Saturday, October 13th and Sunday the 14th Chef Michael LaScola will welcome Farmstead and La Laiterie chef (not to mention three time Cochon 555 champion – so you know he knows his pork) Matt Jennings for their two day ode to all things porcine. There’ll be a carving demo, a beer and charcuterie pairing class and not one, but two dining opportunities devoted to everyone’s favorite other white meat.
