Julia Child was determined to bring French cooking to the American public – an objective the folks at Pigalle can really get behind. In celebration of what would have been her 100th birthday, Marc Orfaly’s restaurant will feature a five-course menu with paired wines, illustrating the classic fare Francais Julia loved.
