If there’s an ideal time of year to be a vegetarian in New England, it’s got to be summer. In honor of the season’s bounty, the ladies of UpStairs on the Square will revive their Vegan Dinner Series. This time around, chefs Alison Hearn and Susan Regis will be preparing a meat- and dairy-free four-course menu highlighting the freshest local produce. The dinner, available throughout the evening in the Soiree Room, is priced at $45 per person (or $65 with a vegan wine pairing).
