Drive By Lunch at GEM

Cab drivers do so much for us (especially since the T stops so woefully early), it’s high time we give a little something back to them. At least that’s what the folks from GEM Restaurant & Lounge think. On Wednesday, July 18th the Downtown Crossing spot will offer complimentary meals to-go to Boston Cab drivers. All they have to do is pull up curbside and receive a boxed lunch including a Sam Lagrassa’s sandwich, warm potato chips and caramelized onion dip from the kitchen crew at GEM and a mini cupcake from Cakeology. The deal is only available from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Spread the word to your friendly neighborhood cab driver.
