Tryst’s (Root) Beer Dinner

Get to the root of your drink at Tryst’s twist on a beer dinner. Make for the Arlington eatery on Sunday, July 15th when chef-owner Paul Turano welcomes back Tower Root Beer for an evening dedicated to their locally-brewed beverage. After disappearing from the market for over thirty years, the classic soda is back and will be making appearances throughout the three-course prix fixe menu and in paired cocktails. There'll even be a classic root beer float (with a boozy twist or two). The dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, costs $28 per person or $40 with the optional cocktail pairing.
