Head to Brasserie 28 for Heady Topper

Beer geeks, get out to Andover any way you can on Tuesday, June 19th – chef Matt Morello and his team at Brasserie 28 have gotten their hands on a few cases and a keg of Heady Topper from the Alchemist Brewery. In honor of the Waterbury, Vermont-brewed beer, considered one of the best IPAs around (and notoriously hard to find outside the Green Mountain State), they’re throwing a little party. There’ll be live music and giveaways in addition to edible goodies like wild boar sausage (with hops, pickled ramps, mustard seed and Heady Topper foam) and Cabot clothbound cheddar cheese puffs (with Heady Topper mustard) and, of course, plenty of beer.
