Soft Shell Crab: 30 Ways in 30 Days

It's once again time to revel in soft shell crabs - The Metropolitan Club is taking advantage of the elusive crustacean's oh-so-short season. From Thursday, May 10th to Friday, June 8th the Chestnut Hill eatery (as well as their Back Bay outpost) will feature a daily changing soft shell crab special - chef Todd Winer will highlight a different preparation each and every evening. Try a taste of chili crab pizza or crispy crab panzanella - or, of you simply must keep your crabs classic, opt for the meuniére style, available all month long.
