How can you ensure yourself a lifetime of eating well? Learn how to catch, skin, filet and bone a fish when the Boston Center for Adult Education hosts Go Fish, a two session class on the art of catching and cooking your dinner. On Monday, June 18th at 5:45pm, students will meet at the Constitution Marina in Charlestown and hop aboard the Reel Pursuit’s fishing boat to learn how to catch a fish hook, line and sinker form Captain Paul. Then, on Tuesday the 19th, these same, now well-versed fishermen and women can go to the BCAE’s kitchen at 6:00pm to learn from Bondir’s Jason Bond how to deal with all that fresh catch. The two day class costs $120 plus a $12 materials fee and includes the fishing trip, cooking lessons and a fresh-from-the-sea dinner. Head to the center’s website to sign up.
