Make Ravioli with the Best of ‘Em

Learn the secrets of Northern Italian cooking at Davio's next class, scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd. Starting at 11:00am at the Arlington Street location, chef Steve Brown and Davio's corporate chef Rodney Murillo will be sharing their expert techniques for ravioli-making - from the pasta, to the filling to the cooking-to-perfection. This kind of know-how doesn't come cheap - classes cost $165 per person though they do include coffee and biscotti to get the day started, an hour of instruction, a ravioli tasting with wine (for attendees who are of age) and a gift bag filled with ravioli, sauces, recipes and a $100 Davio's voucher (good for sixty days, no cash value, tax and gratuity not included, entire voucher must be used in one visit - no balance will be issued). All sales are final and non-refundable so consult your calendar and, once you're ready to commit, drop an email to cooking@Davios.com with your name, phone number and number of people in your party. They'll call you back to get your credit card info.
