Staying true to their roots, Tomasso Trattoria welcomes Tuscan wine producer Davide Sada into their Southborough restaurant on the evening of Thursday, May 17th. Newly appointed chef Neil Rogers will take Sada's lovely wines as the inspiration for an accompanying five-course dinner, pairing a Vermentino with scallops, lemon and fennel; and a red blend of Cabernet, Montepulciano and Alicante with stewed rabbit ravioli.
