For its inaugural wine dinner, Forum welcomes wine ambassador Richard Kolack for a fun exploration of some of Sonoma Valley's finest. Sign on for the wine-filled evening, scheduled for Tuesday, April 10th, to enjoy passed apps followed by five carefully-composed dishes from chef Jared Chianciola. To complement the Californian wines, he's planned dishes like poached scallop with apple espuma, grapefruit gastrique and fried jalapeños and "duck bacon" spaghetti carbonara with a poached egg.
