Cooking Live

Join Ming Tsai as he gathers a gaggle of his chefly friends for an evening of - what else - cooking. Tsai will head into the Ritz Carlton kitchen on Tuesday, May 1st along with Joanne Chang, Michael Schlow, Jasper White, Todd English and the Ritz's own Andrew Yeo to prepare a live six-course dinner for guests. The evening, which begins at 6:30pm with a welcome reception, also includes specialty cocktails courtesy of the Double Cross Vodka martini bar. A pair of tickets will set you back $1500, with all proceeds going to benefit Family Reach Foundation in their efforts to help families cover the costs of fighting cancer.
