Chef Peter McCarthy makes room in the Evoo kitchen for chef-in-training Mary Devlin. On Tuesday, April 3rd, Devlin, who's working her way towards a degree at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, will be creating her very own three-course menu for diners at the Kendall Square restaurant.
