Two Day Exchange at Top of the Hub

Foreign exchange programs have never tasted this good. On Friday, March 16th and Saturday, March 17th Vincenzo Esposito, executive chef at Hotel Villa Franca will make the trek from Positano, Italy to join chef Marc Porcaro in his Top of the Hub kitchen where the two chefs will collaborate on two evenings of deliciousness. On Friday at 6:00pm, diners can enjoy a wine and hors d'oeuvres pairing featuring flights of wine from Monte Faliesi of Campania for $55 per person. Then on Saturday evening, also at 6:00pm, the chefs up the ante with a full five-course wine dinner for $100 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Reservations are a must so call 617.536.1775 if you'd like one.
