Living La Vida Local at Lumiere

The folks at Lumiere are all about local, sustainable food – and they have been for the past thirteen years. It should come as no surprise then that they take Earth Day pretty seriously. In celebration of that most environmentally friendly of days, chef-owner Michael Leviton and his team will be crafting a hyper local seven course menu – you’ll be hard pressed to find a single ingredient that doesn’t come from the New England area (even the salt is sourced from Maine). The menu, which is available on Sunday, April 22nd, costs $125 per person, a price which includes a $25 donation to Chef’s Collaborative. Beverage pairings can be had for an additional $50.
