Zagat Presents Launches at L'Espalier

Zagat Presents, an exclusive dinner program, is launching in Boston. Their first stop? L'Espalier on Sunday, March 25th for a delicious evening in Alsace. Reserve a seat at the inaugural event to enjoy a five-course menu designed and executed by chef-owner Frank McClelland and his team. Specialties like housemade sausages, spaetzle and Alsatian cheeses, and dishes like game bird terrine en croute with smoked and pickled sultana raisins, mustard seeds, crispy Brussels sprout leaves and apple cider vinegar bring the flavors of Strasbourg across the pond and right up Boylston Street.
