Peter Hyde Hosts Antinori Wine Dinner

Chef Peter Hyde gets the season off to an early start at Blue Moon Bistro, welcoming the folks from Antinori Vineyards to join him for a four-course dinner on Friday, May 6th. The Antinori family has been making wine for the last 600 plus years - 26 generations - so they know what they're doing. And of course, Hyde is no slouch in the kitchen so you know you're in for a treat. Dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, costs $80 per person (not including tax or gratuity). Reservations are required so call 508.385.7100 to have them save you a spot.
