Chef Peter Hyde gets the season off to an early start at Blue Moon Bistro, welcoming the folks from Antinori Vineyards to join him for a four-course dinner on Friday, May 6th. The Antinori family has been making wine for the last 600 plus years - 26 generations - so they know what they're doing. And of course, Hyde is no slouch in the kitchen so you know you're in for a treat. Dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, costs $80 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
