Wednesdays with Chef Toby Hill

There are signs of spring all over the Cape - especially in Hyannis, where the team at Pain D'Avignon is getting ready for another round of Wednesdays with Chef Toby Hill. This time around, Toby T. Hill will be serving a decadent four-course menu of French fare to accompany rosés and wines from Provence, as well as beers from the likes of Cape Cod beer and Chimay. The evening's $50 price tag does not include tax or gratuity, though it does cover dinner, the aforementioned paired beverages and a guided tour of the adjacent 16,000 square-foot bakery, where they handcraft 30,000 pounds of authentic, European-style bread each week.
