Bringing the chefs to the wine, on Sunday, May 2nd Cape Cod Slow Food is turning the standard wine dinner on its head at Truro Vineyards. Gui Yingling of Bubala's by the Bay in Provincetown and Eric Jansen of Truro's own Blackfish will be in the Barrel Room, serving up a multi-course meal full of local ingredients to be served with the (very) local wine. All proceeds from the dinner, which costs $75 per person, go to benefit the purchase of a hoop house for Wellfleet Elementary School.
