A Taste of Alsace

On Tuesday, November 9th spend the evening getting intimately acquainted with the wine and food of the Alsace region of France when the French American Chamber of Commerce New England Chapter (FACCNE) hosts A Taste of Alsace. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Boston/Strausbourg Sister City Association and the 25th anniversary of the FACCNE, the Grand Ballroom of the Colonnade Hotel will welcome Francophiles for a magnifique evening of food and wine. The event, which runs from 6:00 to 9:00pm, will feature delightful little morsels from restaurants like Aquitaine, Bistro du Midi, Beacon Hill Bistro, Brasseries Jo, Café Fleuri, Craigie on Main, Eastern Standard, Gaslight, Locke Ober, Market, Miel, Sandrine’s Bistro, Sel de la Terre and L’Espalier. In addition, the event will feature the French jazz of Les Voleurs de Poules, a special appearance by world renowned chef Joho and a silent auction.
