Executive chef Chris Masco and chef de cuisine Armand Toutaint are kicking off the week on an environmentally friendly foot with Sustainable Fish Mondays when there will be a specially prepared, eco-conscious entrée available for only $20. They will also continue their popular Wednesday Lobster Nights when a succulent two pound lobster will only set you back $30.
