Poderi Boscarelli Wine Dinner at Il Capriccio

Chef Rich Barron imports Luca de Ferrari of Poderi Boscarelli all the way from Montepulciano in Central Italy for a special dinner at Il Capriccio. On Wednesday, January 27th de Ferrari will be pairing five of his wines with four specially designed courses. The evening's menu, which starts out with an assortment of crostini (chicken liver, fettunta and white bean) costs $75 per person, not including tax or gratuity. Waltham may not be as picturesque as Montepulciano but Barron's cooking will be well worth the trip. Dinner starts at 7:00pm. Call Il Capriccio at 781.894.2234 for reservations or more information.
