The middle of the week gets a little brighter thanks to Wednesdays with Chef Toby Hill, the new dinner series at Pain D'Avignon. Take a mid-week spin down to Hyannis to enjoy a decadent four-course menu of French fare from chef Toby T. Hill paired with featured beer or wine from local and international producers. First up on Wednesday, January 20th: Alex Gambal wines, but keep an eye out over the next six weeks for meals paired with the wares of local brewers like Wachusett and Cisco. The $50 price tag does not include tax or gratuity, though it does cover the aforementioned paired beverages as well as a guided tour of the adjacent 16,000 square-foot bakery, where they hand craft 30,000 pounds of authentic, European-style bread every week. For more information on the upcoming installments or to make reservations, call 508.778.8588 or email café@paindavignon.com.
