Bambara's CHEFploitations

For the second year running, chef Jay Silva kicks off the new year by welcoming friends and fellow chefs to Bambara for CHEFploitations. Starting on Monday, January 18th, Silva gets the three-part dinner series rolling with chef-owner Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Marco joining him in his Cambridge kitchen to prepare a five-course prix fixe. After Orfaly, Patricia Yeo of Ginger Park makes an appearance (and dinner) on Wednesday, February 24th and finally on Monday, March 8th Tremont 647 chef-owner Andy Husbands closes out the series. Priced at $50 per person, the evenings of food, fun and merriment start at 7:00pm. To make reservations, call Bambara at 617.868.4444.
