Ocean House Showcases Blue Ribbon Fare

Fresh from their win as Most Artful Bite at this year's Artful Pairing of Food & Wine, the Ocean House lets chef Anthony Silvestri do his award-winning thing - in six new dishes. His signature Asian-influenced fare makes yet another appearance but with this newest round of photos he branches out a little - adding some Latin American touches. Sample black Thai rice roasted scallops or ancho grilled lobster tails - just don't come expecting the standard staid Cape fare like clam chowder and steamed lobster.
