Celebrate Independence Day on the banks of the Charles at dante, where chef-owner Dante de Magistris and his whole team are pulling out all the stops to create a memorable evening of food, cocktails and fireworks. Starting at 6:00pm, partygoers, while they're waiting for the fireworks display, can stroll through the inner dining rooms, stopping at interactive dining stations (antipasto, raw bar, grill, insalata, pasta and waffle/gelato stations), which will be creating classic 4th of July fare (with the occasional Italian twist here and there). Patriotic cocktails and dante's regular assortment of libations will be available at the cash bar. Space is limited, so get a head count and call 617.497.4200 to buy your tickets, which are $75 each. They can't guarantee the fireworks (what with the weather and all) but they can pretty much guarantee you a great meal and a fun night out.
