The Fireplace’s Salute to American Presidents

A patriot through and through, chef owner Jim Solomon will once again be honoring US presidents in his own epicurean fashion. Throughout the month of July, The Fireplace will be serving the favorite food and drink of those presidents who spent time in New England whether they vacationed here, attended school or actually lived in the area (think Adams, Quincy Adams, Pierce, Arthur, Coolidge, FDR, Kennedy and the two Bushes). These specials will be available throughout the day and evening at the Fireplace so pick your meal period, head over to Washington Square to eat like the leader of the free world.
