The sixth annual Artful Pairings went off without a hitch on Sunday, May 3rd. Chefs from restaurants all around the Cape convened at the Cape Cod Museum of Art for an early evening benefit full of great food and expertly paired wines. As guests strolled through the gallery, The Island Merchant's Joe Dunn served ceviche; Douglas Ramler of the Cape Sea Grille cooked up delectable duck confit; and Weldon Fizell of Regatta of Cotuit prepared sweet sushi. Chef Anthony Silvestri of the Ocean House took home top honors for Most Artful Presentation while chef-owner Peter Hyde of Blue Moon Bistro got the vote for Best Bite.
