The team at Blue Ginger continues to put their new private dining rooms to good use - on Wednesday, May 13th they welcome the crew from Cain Vineyards & Winery for an evening of food and wine. Winemaker Chris Howell will be in house to discuss some lovely offerings from his Napa Valley vineyard. And of course, chef Ming Tsai, working with his right hand man, Jonathon Taylor, and his right hand woman, pastry chef Michele Fadden, will be crafting a multi-course east-meets-west meal composed of their signature style cuisine. The evening, which begins at 6:30pm, costs $115 per person - you can make a reservation by calling 781.283.5790 x18.
