As spring melts into summer, the team at L'Espalier gives their Wine Monday schedule a seasonal overhaul, putting the summer focus firmly on wines that can stand the heat. Sign on for an informal and relaxed evening full of lively conversation, vinous knowledge and delicious food courtesy of chefs Frank McClelland and James Hackney. They team up with sommelier Erik Johnson to produce tasty and inventive food and wine pairings designed to get conversations going around the communal tables.
