Chef Michael Leviton's Salute to Spring

Spring is finally in full swing and the folks at Lumière are rejoicing - rejoicing and planning bursting-with-the-bounty-of-the-season menus, that is. Reserve a seat in the dining room on Monday, June 8th for the Rites of Spring Dinner and see how chef Michael Leviton and his talented team incorporate all the seasonal goodness into one four-course menu. Soft-shell crabs make an appearance, accompanied by Verrill Farm asparagus, Vidalia onions, local greens and sauce gribiche; while roasted Vermont lamb comes with a spring vegetable and morel ragoût, potato purée and mustard jus - and those are just a couple of the options. Reservations for dinner, which costs $60 per person (wine pairings are available for an additional $25 per person), can be made at 617.244.9199 - make yours and revel in spring's arrival.
